Commercial Hardscaping

A great paver project starts under the surface. We engineer bases for Idaho soils and seasons, set patterns cleanly, and finish with compaction, edge restraints, and sealed joints when appropriate.

Our installation standards

  • Site prep & drainage: We grade to move water away from structures and, where needed, add drains or permeable assemblies.

  • Base construction: Compacted aggregate in lifts, sized to load and soil (deeper for driveways), with tight edge restraints to lock everything in.

  • Laying & compaction: We set patterns with crisp lines, maintain joint widths, and plate‑compact with bedding sand to interlock the system.

  • Finish & care: Optional joint sand stabilization and sealing, plus care guidance for Boise winters.

Why pavers in Boise?

Segmental systems tolerate freeze‑thaw and allow targeted fixes—individual units can be re‑leveled versus replacing a slab. Design choices abound, from traditional to modern.

Materials & patterns

Choose from concrete, porcelain, or natural stone (site‑dependent), with herringbone, running bond, basketweave, and modular layouts.

What thickness do I need?

Most walkways/patios use ~60mm pavers; driveways typically use ~80mm over an upgraded base built for vehicle loads.

How long does installation take?

Small patios can be days; driveways or complex features take longer, depending on access, weather, and scope.

Do you handle permitting?

If permits are required (e.g., walls ≥4 ft, gas lines), we’ll guide you to the right agency and coordinate as needed.
