Follow manufacturer and local guidance—common clearances are several feet from structures and overhangs; we’ll design to code and site safety.
Gas or wood?
Gas is instant and low‑ash; wood offers ambiance. We’ll build for either per specs.
Do you handle permitting?
If permits are required (e.g., walls ≥4 ft, gas lines), we’ll guide you to the right agency and coordinate as needed.
